US Practicing in Venezuela Same Aggressive Policies It Adopted in Syria

DAMASCUS, (ST)- Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Damascus Jose Gregorio Biomorgi Muzzatiz has affirmed that the United States is practicing the same aggressive policies it has adopted in Syria

In a press conference on Tuesday held at the Venezuelan Embassy in Damascus, the ambassador condemned the US sanctions imposed on peoples and the US attempts to destabilize countries and interfere in their internal affairs.

He pointed out that the siege and economic sanctions imposed by Washington on Venezuela target the Venezuelan people as to subjugate it and overthrow its legitimate government.

 The Venezuelan diplomat noted the damage and loss caused by the American siege and sanctions on the people of Venezuela, particularly on the medicine and food sectors.

He made it clear that his country has enhanced its international alliances with world powers like Russia and China which reject American policies in order to ease the impacts of the sanctions.
