US occupation steals 30 tankers carrying Syrian oil

HASAKA, (ST)- The US occupation forces continue to steal Syrian oil from Syria’s Jazira region.

Local sources told SANA reporter that the occupation troops on Saturday brought out a convoy of 30 oil tankers carrying stolen oil from Syrian territories to Iraqi lands.

The sources said that the oil was stolen from the US-controlled oil fields in Syria’s al-Jazira region, noting that the convoy left Syria to the Iraqi territories via al-Walid illegal crossing in al-Ya’roubeya area in Hasaka northern countryside.

The American occupation forces in collusion with the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia are controlling most of the oil fields in al-Jazira region in the Syrian provinces of Hasaka and Deir Ezzor. They smuggle Syrian oil and sell it abroad to deprive the Syrians from their resources in a flagrant violation of international law.
