US occupation forces bring in further weapons and ammunition to Syria

HASAKAH, Sep.27, (ST)- The US occupation forces brought in weapons, ammunition and logistics equipment from their bases in Iraq through the illegal Al-Waleed crossing to the Syrian Al-Jazeera region, in parallel with bringing in shipments of weapons by air to their bases in the region.

Local sources from Rmelan countryside told the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) that a military convoy affiliated to the US occupation, consisting of 33 refrigerators and tankers loaded with containers of weapons and ammunition boxes, entered Syrian territory yesterday evening through the illegal Al-Waleed crossing, and headed towards the headquarters of the occupation forces in the town of Rmelan, in the northeast of Hasakah.

In the same context, local sources from Hasakah countryside said that a US military cargo plane loaded with weapons landed at the US occupation’s base at Kharab Al-Jeer airport in the governorate’s countryside.

Brigadier General Claude Tudor, Commander of the so-called US-led Coalition declared that a C-17 aircraft brought in critical supplies to Syria.
