US interventions cause deteriorating situations in several countries, says Slovak Party

Bratislava, (ST) – The Slovak Communist Party asserted that the US military interventions constituted a major reason for the deterioration of the situations in countries such as Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and others. These interventions  caused massive waves of refugees across the world.

The party indicated in a statement on Monday that, what the United States has done in Afghanistan over the past years aims at  creating  an unstable situation in Central Asia that can serve US geopolitical goals.

A member of the Czech House of Representatives, Pavel Jelenic, stressed that, Western interventions in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan and Ukraine have caused the sabotage of those countries and the death of thousands of their citizens.

In a post published by the Czech “Parliamentary Papers” website, Jelenic indicated that, the great failure that the United States suffered in Afghanistan confirms that it no longer has the power to control the world, although it wants to continue with that. He pointed out that, the slogans launched by the United States before its military intervention in the internal affairs of  other countries, such as talking about democracy and human rights, represent only attempts to cover up their real goals in achieving their own interests and maintaining their hegemony.
