US-backed SDF separatist militants control the social insurance building in Qamishli

The US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) separatist militia on Saturday seized the building of the social insurance and labor affairs in the city of Qamishli in Hasakah.

Local sources told SANA reporter that the SDF militants seized by force the 3-story building after breaking the locks of the doors. They put guards at building’s main entrance and considered it as a military area that no one can enter.

The new SDF militia’s crime is a continuation of what it did in the city of Hasakah in June 2020. Back then, the militia occupied by force the building of the Syrian Grain establishment in Ghweiran neighborhood, the building of the Hasakah Electricity Company, the Sports City and part of the youth housing buildings. It also seized the headquarters of the Syrian Computer Society, the directorates of industry, tourism and environment affairs, the traffic branch, the civil registry directorate and the commercial bank. The militia expelled the workers from those buildings.
