Uprooting takfiri terrorism, top priority

The top  priority for the Syrian people is to fight terrorism as a premise for implementing any political solution to the crisis in Syria and the way is open in front of any side wants to be seriously part in the war against terrorism.

The first cause for the phenomenon of immigration is the terrorism practiced by ISIS terrorist organization, because people don’t want to die by bomb cars, beheadings or any other way at the hand of the terrorist organizations.

The European countries directly bear primary responsibility because their political performance was bad and tainted with political, diplomatic and economic terrorism.

The so called US-led “international alliance” against ISIS is a political propaganda that has no effect on ground and it doesn’t comply with the West’s media statements, but rather it targets worthless selective goals, because Washington has no real will to face this terrorist organization.

The current US administration respect neither the Charter of the United Nations nor the national sovereignty of other countries, where it works to interfere in those countries’ internal affairs and to impose agendas to change their political systems by the so called ” Arab Spring” but its project is doomed to failure and couldn’t persist on pursuing this course.

There should be unifying efforts in combating terrorism on the basis of international law and under the supervision of the UN Security Council.

A number of countries involved in the US-led anti-terrorism coalition are still financing and arming “armed opposition” which is fighting against Syrian Arab Army, the main force in the fight against ISIS.

The US-led international coalition had been established without endorsement by the UN Security Council,  contrary to the situation in Iraq where the coalition is working at a request of the Iraqi government, there is no such coordination with the legal authorities in Syria in a way that circumvents the UN Security Council resolutions.

The coalition has launched more than 5000 airstrikes, all of which have failed to curb the spread of terrorists.

Combating terrorism on the ground requires cooperation and close coordination with the Syrian government to implement the Security Council’s relevant counter terrorism resolutions, especially that the Syrian Arab Army has been for more than four years undauntedly confronting terrorism and the terrorist groups like ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra, acting upon its constitutional duties and under the government’s commission.

The US-led international coalition has until now yielded nothing tangible in the war against these organizations, but rather allowed ISIS and its affiliates to grow and spread freely.

The victories and achievements of the Syrian army against terrorism and its supporters have given a clear message to the whole world. Syria has succeeded  in conveying its message to the whole world that it is determined to uproot terrorism and it has strong willingness to respond to the international efforts to reach a peaceful solution to the crisis in the country.

The Arab people have defied the goals of the Western-Israeli aggression and their tools of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), Jabhat al-Nusra and the Free army and other terrorist organizations which have taken the names of prophets as a cover to kill and destroy everything in Syria, Iraq and other Arab countries.
