University Students Donate Blood to Support Syrian Arab Army

 

 

 

DAMASCUS, (S.T)_ To express their solidarity with the Syrian Arab Army’s sacrifices, Damascus university students donated blood on Sunday at the Blood Transfer Center.

 Under the theme “we scarify ourselves for Syria”, the Syrian Students Union launched a blood donation campaign in which a huge number of students took part .

 SANA quoted some  students as saying that blood donation is the least they can do to help wounded soldiers, stressing their determination to stand by the Syrian Arab Army in confronting terrorism that is targeting Syria and its steadfastness people.

According to the Center’s officials at Damascus University, the campaign helps to make up for the lack of some blood types caused by the current circumstances Syria is going through.

Over the past months, a huge number of Syrian citizens have voluntary frequented Blood centers in Damascus to donate blood for wounded people in the terrorist blasts occurred in several areas in our homeland.
