Under the patronage of President Al-Assad,  outstanding sons of the military personnel, martyrs, missing people and the wounded honoured

Under the patronage of President Lieutenant-General Bashar Al-Assad, Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, the outstanding sons of serving and retired military personnel, martyrs, missing people, and the wounded, who succeeded in the secondary certificate exams, and the basic education for the year 2022, were honored today.

The speeches, delivered during the honoring ceremony that was held in a number of governorates, underlined the importance of possessing the science and knowledge necessary to achieve lofty goals, to contribute effectively to building the nation. They also shed light on the importance of diligence and excellence embodied by the students who represent a mainstay for the progress of the nation and a necessary pillar for its advancement and prosperity.

In their words, the first students stressed that President General BasharAl-Assad’s appreciation for them and his constant patronage  constitutes an additional incentive to exert more effort and persevere on the path of excellence, success and creativity.

Appreciation certificates and symbolic gifts were distributed to the outstanding students who affirmed that they will continue the path of excellence and success, and contribute to building the nation and raising its flag.

A number of senior officers of the General Command of the Army and the Armed Forces, governors, secretaries of party branches in the provinces, directors of education, heads of branches of the Veterans League, in addition to the families of outstanding students participated in the celebration.
