Under the directives of President al-Assad, the Minister of Health honors the health cadres of Tartous
Under the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, the Minister of Health, Dr. Hassan al-Ghabash, honored the health, technical and administrative cadres who responded to the sinking of the Lebanese boat in Al-Basel Hospital, the ambulance system in the Tartous Health Directorate, and the Forensic Medicine Center.
From the Al-Basel Hospital in Tartous, Minister Al-Ghubash explained that President Bashar al-Assad directed the granting of financial rewards to everyone who contributed to that response in various specialties.
He said that they deserve all appreciation and love for their dedication in carrying out their professional and humanitarian duty.
He pointed out that these cadres worked to their full potential in terms of rescuing the injured, providing emergency services at the place of rescue, or during safe transportation, and providing the necessary treatment services, in addition to the efforts of forensic cadres to find out the identity of the victims, and hand them over to their relatives.
The honorees expressed their gratitude and happiness for this honor which increases their determination to continue to work and give in all circumstances.
The honor also included the award of certificates of thanks and appreciation from the Ministry of Health.
The honoring was attended by Tartous Governor Abdel Halim Khalil and the Secretary of the Tartous branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Dr. Muhammad Hussein.
