UN Flags fly at half-mast in honor of staff martyred in Gaza

The flags were lowered at United Nations headquarters throughout Asia, and the employees observed a minute of silence for the lives of their colleagues who were killed as a result of the Israeli aggression against Gaza Strip.

According to France Presse Agency, the blue and white flag of United Nations today at 9:00 am at local time in Bangkok, Tokyo, and Beijing, flew at half-mast a day after the United Nations announced that there were casualties as a result of the Israeli bombing of the headquarters of the United Nations Development Program in Gaza.

Last Friday, the United Nation Relief and Works Agency for Palestinians Refugees (UNRWA) announced the martyrdom of more than 100 of its employees in Gaza Strip as a result of the continuous Israeli aggression against Gaza Strip.
