Moscow (ST): Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that negotiations on restoring the Iranian nuclear agreement can be completed within two days, provided that Western countries have the political will.
Ulyanov told Sputnik: “All points have been agreed upon, and there is an opportunity to complete negotiations on restoring the JCPOA very quickly in just two days.”
He stressed that an agreement can be reached, but it seems that the Western participants in the negotiations (Eurotroika) and the United States do not have the will.
