Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov confirmed that Russia, Iran and China have formed a new triangle in international diplomacy.
Ulyanov said on his twitter account: The permanent missions of China, Iran and Russia held fruitful tripartite consultations on issues of mutual interests, calling for the countries’ cooperation as a new triangle in international diplomacy.
“The permanent missions of China, Iran and Russia held consultations on issues of common concern,” Ulyanov said on his Twitter account, adding: “Doesn’t this seem like a new triangle in multilateral diplomacy involving China, Iran and Russia?”
According to the diplomat, this format can be easily expanded, as many states oppose “attempts to maintain a unilateral peace at any cost.”
