Ukrainian extremist militants rob humanitarian aid from civilians in Donbass

The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Viktoria Serdyukova, revealed that the Ukrainian extremist battalions stole humanitarian aid that civilians receive in the Donbass lands under their control.

Russia Today website quoted the commissioner as saying today that the militants are depriving the population of receiving humanitarian aid and preventing them from taking it by using their weapons when delivering this aid.

Serdyukova added that the extremists and the Ukrainian security forces expelled people from the basements and shelters in which they hid during the fighting, in the Severodonetsk, Robyzhny and Kremenaya regions controlled by the Ukrainian forces.
