UAE’s President affirms support for all efforts to achieve Syria’s stability

The United Arab Emirates News Agency said that President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, during his meeting with President Ahmad Al-Sharaa today, affirmed his country’s support for all efforts that aim at achieving the aspirations of the brotherly Syrian people towards stability and development.

According to the news agency, the meeting between the two Presidents addressed ways to enhance cooperation between Syria and the UAE in various fields.

The two sides exchanged views on regional issues and developments in Syria.

President Mohammed bin Zayed affirmed the UAE’s support for Syria’s efforts to confront the challenges of the transitional phase and reconstruction.

He stressed that Syria’s stability is a regional interest, and the UAE is ready to provide support in the coming period.

Earlier in the day, President Al-Sharaa and his accompanying delegation arrived at Al Bateen Airport in the United Arab Emirates, where he was received by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.
