UAE plane carrying medical aid on board arrives in Damascus International Airport

Damascus (ST): A UAE plane carrying medical aid on board arrived in Damascus International Airport this morning. The aid was offered by the UAE Red Crescent Committee to the Red Crescent Committee in Syria to help in confronting the coronavirus pandemic.

The aid includes 25 tons of medical equipment, prevention requirements and the lab tests related to the coronavirus infection. 

On August 30th, a plane arrived in Damascus International Airport carrying on board medicines and disinfection materials offered by the UAE Red Crescent Committee to its counterpart in Syria to help in confronting the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
