UAE Foreign Ministry: We provide all means of support to those affected by the earthquake in Syria

Abu Dhabi (ST): The UAE Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sultan Al Shamsi, affirmed that the UAE government and people stand by Syria in the difficult situation it is going through as a result of the devastating earthquake it was exposed to.

Al Shamsi expressed, in a speech in the condolences book, during a visit he made yesterday to the headquarters of the Syrian embassy in Abu Dhabi to offer condolences on behalf of the government and the people of the Emirates, his deepest condolences and sympathy to the government and the brotherly Syrian people and to all the families of the deceased, missing, wounded and injured.

He added: The government and people of the UAE, led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, stand with Syria and its people in these exceptional and disastrous circumstances, and provide all means of support and assistance to mitigate the effects of this crisis.
