According to the agency, the Authority began to develop an urgent plan to implement the directives of Sheikh Hamdan, and completed its preparations so that Ramadan programs this year would meet the requirements of Syria and fulfill the aspirations of the Emirati leadership, which attaches great importance to the current humanitarian situation in Syria.

For his part, Dr. Hamdan Musallam Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, said: “The directives of the Chairman of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority come within the framework of his interest in the humanitarian conditions of the brothers in Syria and his keenness to alleviate their suffering and improve their conditions in the light of the conditions left by the earthquake disaster there. He noted that Sheikh Hamdan closely follows up on the humanitarian situation in Syria and its direct repercussions on the lives of those affected.
