U-18 national handball team hold training camp

DAMASCUS,(ST)-The U-18 national handball team are currently holding an –indoor training camp at the Faiha sports hall in Damascus.

The camp is part of the team’s preparation for taking part in the Asia Handball Championship due to be staged in Iran.

“the team are training under the Algerian coach Abdul Rahman Miruki. There are two sessions daily .The camp includes an-all out training program(strength and endurance in the morning session, tactic ,technique and individual skills in the evening session, “said national coach Mohammad Ali Ghazi.

Abdul Rahman Abdulla, SaadAli, As’adAli, Bashar Mohammad, Mohammad Khalil, Nour Sharabi, Bilal Kabab, Mohammad Fuad, Omran Akhras, Abdul Qader Haj, Ali Assi, Yusuf Mohammad, Shawqi Shawish, Jamal Maki, Suhaib Baroudi and Omar Namis.
