U-16 National soccer team to compete in Thailand

DAMASCUS,(ST)-The U-16 national soccer team are due to leave today for Thailand to take part in the Asia Cup finals.

The event will run from 6 to 26 (September).

Before leaving for Thailand, the national team held a training camp in Kuwait  during which they played two friendlies against their counterparts of al-Yarmouk and Salimiya clubs.
