Two young men martyred, others detained in occupied West Bank

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Two young men were martyred and others were detained today during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming into areas in the occupied West Bank, while the resistance confronted the occupation forces, achieving confirmed injuries.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the village of Muthalath al-Shuhada, south of Jenin, surrounded a house and shelled it with an “Energa” shell, which led to the martyrdom of two young men.

The occupation soldiers have continued since last night to storm into the city of Jenin and its camps, where they spread in several neighborhoods and at the entrance to the camp and raided and searched a number of houses, while the occupation bulldozers bulldozed a number of main streets and infrastructure in the city.

The resistance confronted the occupation forces, and said: Our fighters are engaged in fierce clashes with the enemy forces in the city of Jenin, and detonated a number of explosive devices with their vehicles, achieving confirmed injuries, and they are also engaged in violent clashes with the occupation forces around the besieged house in the village of Muthalath.

The occupation forces arrested 6 Palestinians during their raids on several neighborhoods in Qalqilya, Al-Arroub camp, the towns of Idhna in Al-Kahalil (Hebron), and Silwad in Ramallah.

Israeli occupation forces demolish mosque in Jabal Al-Mukaber in Al-Quds

In another development, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a mosque in the town of Jabal Al-Mukaber in the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).

The occupation forces stormed the town with military reinforcements, surrounded the Al-Shiyah Mosque, and imposed a cordon around it, before starting the demolition process.

About two weeks ago, the occupation municipality in Al-Quds delivered a final notice to demolish the mosque, which was built twenty years ago on an area estimated at 80 square meters, and consists of one floor and an external courtyard.
