Two women found dead at the SDF-controlled al-Howl Camp in Hasaka

HASAKA, (ST)- Two women were found dead this morning at the al-Howl Camp, to the north of Hasaka city, that is controlled by the US-backed Kurdish militia called Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

According to sources from inside the camp, the women were killed by strangulation. They noted that the crime is not the first of its kind in the area as it was preceded by similar incidents due to the state of chaos prevailing in the camp.

The sources said that the SDF militia has escalated the state of disorder through putting a stop to night patrols inside the camp turning the place into a theater for crime and revenge acts.

The past period, has witnessed several killings using guns equipped with silencers, indicating the increasing spread of weapons inside the camp.
