Two vigils in occupied Palestinian territories in 1948, condemning Israeli occupation’s crimes and settlement plans
Dozens of Palestinians in the territories occupied in 1948 carried out two vigils on Saturday, denouncing the Israeli settlement plans and its repressive measures by demolishing homes and forcibly displacing the people of the Negev.
Wafa news agency reported that the residents of the towns of Sakhnin and Shafa’amr carried out two vigils against the occupation’s plans to demolish their homes and deport them from the Negev, raising Palestinian flags and banners affirming the steadfastness of the Palestinians on their land, and denouncing the occupation’s settlement plans.
The Palestinians in the Negev are facing a fierce attack from the Israeli occupation aimed at seizing and Judaizing their lands.
