Two Syrian Captives, Liberated from Israeli Occupation Jails, Arrive in Quneitra Crossing

QUNEITRA, (ST)- Two Syrian captives, Zeidan al-Taweel and Ahmad Khamis, who were liberated from the Israeli occupation jails, arrived on Sunday in Quneitra crossing, according to SANA reporter.  

Upon their arrival in Quneitra, the two released captives expressed their happiness over being liberated from the Israeli enemy jails, stressing their confidence that occupation will end whatever time it will take and that Syria will triumph over occupation as it triumphed over Israeli-backed terrorist groups and mercenaries.

Quneitra Governor Humam Dibyat said in a statement to journalists that “”the Syrian state will spare no effort to liberate all the Syrian captives and detainees in the Israeli occupation jails, including the dean of the Syrian and Arab captives Sidqi Sleiman al-Maqt and Amal Abu Saleh, and to liberate every inch of the occupied Syrian Golan.
