Syria is participating in the Casablanca Arab Film Festival in Morocco, which kicks off today, through the feature film “Two Days” directed by Bassel al-Khatib and produced by the National Film Organization, as part of the official competition for feature films and documentaries.
The Syrian actor Ayman Zeidan is also chairing the jury of the short fiction and documentary competition for the 5th edition of the festival, and his feature film “Days of Bullets”, produced by the National Film Organization, will be screened as part of the festival’s activities.
The festival will also witness distinguished film screenings, honoring prominent personalities in the world of cinema, in addition to holding dialogue seminars that will bring together a group of stars and filmmakers.
The festival runs until September 13th with 19 films participating in the short feature and documentary competition, and 12 films participating in the feature and documentary competition.
