Two Russian frigates head towards Syrian coast

The representative of the Russian Black Sea fleet Alexey Roleph  said that two Russian frigates carrying Cruise missiles of Caliber type were heading to the Syrian coast.

Russia Today Website quoted Roleph as saying that the two frigates crossed the phosphorus and Dardanelle straits on their way to the Mediterranean.

He added that the two frigates would be stationed in the Mediterranean to be part of the Russian maritime forces, noting that the two frigates made training on their way from the Black  Sea to the Mediterranean.
