Two Palestinians were injured, others were detained during the Israeli occupation raids in several West Bank areas

A number of Palestinians were injured, and others were detained today, during the Israeli occupation forces’ raids in several areas in the West Bank.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces stormed into the town of Qabatiya in Jenin amidst the firing of toxic gas bombs, which led to the injury of a number of Palestinians to suffocation cases, and they also detained two Palestinians.

The Israeli occupation forces raided the suburb of Shweika and the town of Zeita in Tulkarem, the old town in Nablus, the al-Fawar camp in Hebron, and the town of Azzun in Qalqilya, and arrested 23 Palestinians and detained two Palestinians at two military checkpoints in the Jordan Valley and the other in the town of Barta’a in Janin.

In addition, the occupation forces continue to impose a tight siege on the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, for the fifth day in a row, and set up a number of checkpoints at the entrances to and in the vicinity of the town, and raid Palestinian homes and destroy their contents.

Yesterday, the Israeli occupation forces detained twenty-two Palestinians in the West Bank.
