Two Palestinians arrested – two homes demolished

Occupied Jerusalem – (ST)- A number of Palestinians were arrested and two homes were demolished  when  the Israeli occupation forces’  attacked   areas in the West Bank.

Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into  several neighborhoods in Nablus, the town of Maithalun in Jenin, and the Al-Amari camps in Ramallah and Shuafat and Qalandia in Jerusalem, and arrested 8 Palestinians.

Large numbers of occupation forces, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the Ras al-Jura area and Bir al-Mahjar in AL-khalil. They imposed a military cordon, closed the main roads, and prevented the movement of Palestinians. Then, they demolished with bulldozers the house of the martyr Abdul Qadir al-Qawasmeh in the Ras al-Jura area and blew up the house of the martyr Nasr al-Qawasmeh in Bir al-Mahjar.

The two men were martyred by occupation bullets on the 16th of last November after carrying out a heroic operation at one of the occupation checkpoints between the cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem, which resulted in the death of an occupation soldier and the injury of 5 others.
