Two mortars hit Damascus Central Prison

DAMASCUS COUNTRYSIDE,(ST)_ Terrorists have fired 2 mortar rounds on Damascus Central Prison in Adra area outside Damascus, killing a woman, a police command source said Thursday.

The source clarified that two mortars fell at the door of the prison where a woman was martyred and 6 civilians wounded.

The woman and the six civilians were visiting the prison.

Last night, terrorists fired 7 mortar rounds on al-Qassa’a quarter and on the outskirt of Bab al-Salam in Damascus, causing damages to several cars and houses. No one was reportedly hurt.

On November 18, three civilians were hurt as terrorists detonated an explosive device attached to a motorcycle in al-Amara quarter in the same province [Damascus].

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel sponsor the terrorist organizations operating n Syria, world media reports confirm.
