Turkish regime continues to commit war crimes against the Syrians, says Czech journalist

Prague (ST),   The Czech journalist specializing in Middle East affairs, Marketa Kotilova, affirmed that the Turkish regime has committed many war crimes since 2016 in Syria, yet the international community has not made any effort to investigate these crimes.

She indicated in a post on Facebook that, “the Turkish regime was not satisfied with these crimes in Syria, but also intervened militarily in Libya, against Armenia in Nagorno-Karabakh. It sent mercenaries to these regions from those who were recruited in Syria.”

Kotilova pointed to the repressive practices of the Turkish regime inside Turkey, where there are now hundreds of thousands of detainees in its prisons. She indicated that   journalists and  political activists are among the prisoners.
