Turkish occupation brings military reinforcements into Raqqa and continues its aggression on Al-Hasakah countryside
The Turkish occupation forces continued their artillery attacks on villages and towns in the countryside of Hasakah and Raqqa, in parallel with bringing in military reinforcements to Tal Abyad area north of Raqqa.
Local sources in Raqqa told SANA reporter that the Turkish occupation forces and its terrorist mercenaries bombed, during the past hours, areas in Ain Issa district and Qazali village, west of the city of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Raqqa.
The sources indicated that during the past hours, the occupation forces brought into military reinforcements to Tel Abyad area to support its terrorist groups, which are deployed in the northern countryside of the governorate.
The sources clarified that the reinforcements included tanks, heavy artillery, launchers, personnel carriers, and a number of drones.
In the northwest countryside of Hasakah, local sources told a SANA reporter that “artillery shelling was carried out by the Turkish occupation forces and the terrorists supported by them, targeting the villages north of the town of Abu Rasin in the northwestern countryside of Hasakah.”
The sources pointed out that the attack resulted in material damage to civilian property, agricultural fields and infrastructure.
