The sources informed Anadolu that the consultative talks will be chaired on the Turkish side by Deputy Foreign Minister Noah Yilmaz, and Hamish Faulkner, Minister of State responsible for Middle East and North African affairs at the British Foreign Office.

They indicated that Yilmaz is expected to convey to the British delegation Turkey ’s views and aspirations regarding Syria’s security, stability and economic situation.

According to the same sources, the talks are also scheduled to focus on the importance of the international community’s support for the administration’s steps in Syria towards achieving national reconciliation within a central government, and the necessity of the complete and unconditional lifting of sanctions for the country’s reconstruction and economic development, in addition to emphasizing that there is no place for terrorism in Syria’s future.
