Turkish attack on SDF militia in the north of Syria has begun

The Turkish attack on the sites of the ‘Syrian Democratic Forces’ militia in Hasaka and Raqqa in the north of Syria has begun, according to the Syrian Alikhbaria TV channel.

The TV channel reported that the Turkish attack targeted Tal Tawil area, which is one of the SDF militia’s sites in al-Malekeyeh area in the northeastern countryside of Hasaka. No casualties were reported.

Moreover, the Turkish attack targeted Simalka crossing bridge in al-Malekeyeh countryside.

There was also an attack on the sites of the SDF militia in the east of Tal Abyad in Raqqa countryside.

The Turkish warplanes were flying over the region at the same time.

Before the start of the attack, the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel reported that the SDF militia pulled part of its troops from al-Omar oil field in the eastern countryside of Der Ezzour countryside towards border areas with Turkey.
