Turkish aggression on Al-Darbasiyah north of Hasakah causes the displacement of dozens of families

Hasakah, (ST) – The Turkish occupation forces escalated their aggression on the villages and towns surrounding their areas of deployment. They targeted with a number of heavy artillery shells the city of Al-Darbasiyah and the surrounding villages in the northern countryside of Hasakah.

Local sources told a SANA reporter that, “the Turkish occupation forces and its mercenaries targeted with heavy artillery shells from their areas the houses of citizens in the city of Al-Darbasiyah and a number of surrounding villages, which led to significant damage to a number of houses and property of the people.”

The sources indicated that the intensity and brutality of the attacks prompted dozens of families to leave their homes and villages and go south towards safe areas away from the artillery range of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.
