Tens of Syrians were killed or wounded in a terrorist chemical missile attack against Khan Al-Asal in Aleppo Countryside. Actually, and as Minister of Information, Omran al-Zoubi, declared, the countries which have been arming the opposition are responsible for this massacre.
” The governments of Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Qatar bear legal, moral and humanitarian responsibility for the crime perpetrated by the terrorists in Khan al-Asal, and indeed ”international community and countries that finance , arm train and shelter terrorists, should be held accountable for this heinous crime,” said Minister al-Zoubi, asserting that the Syria government is entitled to act according to the rules of international law and appeal to international and regional organizations to prosecute and lodge complaints against the countries which supplied the foreign-backed terrorists with internationally prohibited weapons.
Earlier, a political analyst, Randy Short, said that the people of Turkey are against war in Syria and oppose the involvement of the Turkish government in the ongoing crisis in their neighbouring state.
”The Turkish people as well as intellectuals and human rights activists have realized that the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s government is violating international principles by aiding the militants in Syria.” Short said in a recent interview with Press TV.
”Right now their head of state as well as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which are attacking the people in Syria, are war criminals and they need to be treated as such and so the people of Turkey are to be commended that they are showing solidarity with the heroic people of Syria who do not want to be a proxy state under the thumb of the imperialist powers,” the analyst added.
On his part, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, the leader of Turkey’s main opposition party described, in statements to Turkey’s Sky TV, as “grave mistake” the policy of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan toward Syria.
Kilicdaroglu, the leader of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), said more Syrians are being killed as a result of Ankara’s financial and military support for the Syrian opposition.
Meanwhile, Vice- President of the Turkish workers Party, Bulent Assen Oglu, reiterated that the government of Erdogan does support terrorism in Syria and pushes its nose in the domestic Syrian affairs.
The foreign-backed terrorists’ heinous crimes against the Syrians cannot be stopped without pressing the states that back terrorism in Syria to stop their dirty games and their arming, training, dispatching and sheltering of these terrorists.
