Turkey appoints additional advisors to its embassy in Damascus

The Turkish Embassy in Syria announced on Monday that religious and commercial advisors have begun their duties within the embassy. In a statement published on the X platform, the embassy explained that Hussein Demirhan was appointed as advisor for religious affairs and Caner Bozat as advisor for commercial affairs. On December 14, Turkey reopened its embassy in Damascus after 12 years of closure
