Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

2  wheat bread, rolls

170  g tuna in oil, equivalent to 1 can

1/2cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

4 pickles, sliced lengthwise

2  tablespoons corn

1 small onion

2  lettuce leaves

¼ teaspoon pepper

Salt

1 tablespoons lemon juice

Cooking method

1- Cut the bread rolls and fill each one of them with half of the tuna.

2-Spread 1 tablespoon of lemon juice on the tuna in each roll.

3-Press the bread rolls in the sandwich toaster for 2 minutes or until bread rolls are brown (Don’t over-toast them, they would be hard to handle).

4-Re-open each roll, squeeze in mayonnaise, spread sweet corn, and mix the tuna, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange pickles and finally put the lettuce on top.

5- Fold bread roll and serve.
