Triangle of Enemies

The triangle of enemies,  with the United States and Israel comprising one of its sides, Saudi Arabia on its second side and the terror organizations on the third side  has been plotting for the past few months to foment chaos and violence in Iran.The plot has been hatched by Americans and Zionists as they have been working on it for several months, planning to begin from small towns and then move on towards the center. The cash comes from Saudi Arabia as such projects need money, but the Americans won’t be willing to spend anything as long as they have these rich tools.

The stances adopted by the US administration, the Zionist entity and their tools regarding the recentevents in Iran confirm the destructive role of those countries in destabilizing the region with the aim of controlling it, seizing its resources and national choices, weakening the resistance axis in the region following the failure of the conspiratorial scheme thanks to the victories achieved against the Takfiri terrorist groups in Syria, and Iraq as Iran was a main partner in those victories.

The US and its tools should respect Iran’s sovereignty and not interfering in its internal affairs. The Iranian leadership, government and people were able to thwart this conspiracy, go ahead in the process of development and construction and to continue backing the just causes of peoples.

The US President Donald Trump’s moves against the Iranian people belie his recent claim that he supports them.Trump claimed his “respect” for the Iranians participating in protests in some cities of the country, claiming that the US will provide “great support” to them “at the appropriate time.”Trump has an odd way of showing ‘such respect’ for Iranians: from labeling them a ‘terrorist nation’ & banning them from visiting the US, to petty insults on Iran and Iranian people.

The Trump administration is weighing a series of new sanctions against Iran, in a bid to bolster riots in some parts of the country.The outcome of the recent protests in Iran has disappointed US President Donald Trump.Trump’s hopes have been disappointed as will the hopes of all those who bet that the protests would grow and lead to the fall of the government and chaos in Iran.

The unrest in Iran was sparked by America, Israel and Saudi Arabia.They have been struggling to pose cultural and economic threats to the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has stood up to their hegemonic moves. Iran has been targeted due to its resistance against the US and its lackeys and or its support for the resistance against Israel.

A number of peaceful protests over economic problems broke out in several Iranian cities, but the gatherings turned violent when groups of participants, some of them armed, vandalized public property and launched attacks on police stations and government buildings.The Iranian people, however, distanced themselves from rioters after finding out their motives.Iranians from all walks of life took to the streets in several cities to condemn the violence.The participants voiced support for the government and shouted slogans against the US and the Israeli regime for backing the riots.

The  resolution passed by the US House of Representatives in support of the recent wave of violence in Iran is unacceptable and reprehensible.The unwise and irrational approach of the US to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries constituted a violation of international rules and regulations.The US hostility towards Iran stems from the greedy and domineering nature of American rulers.

Adopting such resolutions was a hackneyed, politically-motivated move. The US government has demonstrated its double standards with regard to Iran by falsely claiming to advocate the Iranian people and at the same time targeting the nation by imposing sanctions and harboring malicious intentions towards them. The adoption of the anti-Iran resolution by the US House of Representatives was not Washington’s first meddlesome move. In another meddlesome move, the US also called for an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council to address the protests in Iran.During the  session, US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley gave an exaggerated account of the riots and said Washington would remain steadfastly behind the Iranian “protesters.” The United States had shamed itself by trying to target the Islamic Republic at the UNSC meeting. Washington abuses its permanent membership at the Security Council and calls for a meeting on Iran, and there, the world countries slap the US in the face. The White House keeps hitting rock bottom in the wrong approaches it has chosen to deal with the Iranian people.
