Transport workers Unions in Belgium call on members to refuse to load or unload arms shipments sent to the Israeli occupation entity

Brussels (ST) – Belgian transport workers’ unions called on their members on Tuesday to refuse to load or unload shipments of weapons sent to the Israeli occupation entity for use against the Palestinians.

Reuters quoted the Belgian unions as saying in a joint statement: “While genocide operations are taking place in Palestin, workers at various airports in Belgium see arms shipments in its way to Israel”, stressing that loading or unloading these weapons means contributing to supplying the Israeli entity that kills innocent people in Gaza.

The statement added that many unions working in the field of ground logistics services call on their members not to deal with any flight carrying military equipment to the Israelis.
