Tourist groups of different nationalities visit the city of Palmyra

A number of foreign tourist groups of different nationalities flocked to the historic city of Palmyra yesterday and today with the aim of inspecting the archaeological sites and documenting the destruction inflicted on the antiquities as a result of the attacks of the terrorist organization “ISIS” on the cultural heritage before the organization was driven out of the city at the hands of the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army.

Such a visit to Palmyra has been a dream that came true for tourists who expressed their great pain as they witnessed the archaeological monuments which turned into rubble after being destroyed by the terrorist organizations.
