Thousands rally worldwide in solidarity with Gaza, demanding end to Israeli aggression

Major cities and capitals around the world witnessed large-scale demonstrations today, demanding an immediate halt to the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza.

According to WAFA News Agency, thousands took to the streets in cities including Manchester and London in the UK; Aarhus and Copenhagen in Denmark; Rotterdam and Amsterdam in the Netherlands; Uppsala, Malmö, and Helsingborg in Sweden; Stuttgart in Germany; and Rawalpindi in Pakistan, in protest against the Israeli crimes against the Palestinians.

Additionally, solidarity marches and protests were held in Marib, Yemen; Paris, France; Rabat, Morocco; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags and waved banners denouncing the Israeli occupation’s atrocities against the Palestinian people. The rallies called for an immediate ceasefire, the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and an end to the double standards in international responses to the war.

Protesters also demanded accountability for Israeli war crimes, particularly those targeting civilians and children, and condemned the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Berlin witnesses massive demonstrations rejecting arms supplies to conflict zones

Thousands of people took part in a demonstration under the slogan “Unity, Law, Freedom” in the center of the German capital Berlin, demanding peace, freedom and democracy, and rejecting arms supplies to conflict zones.

Many of the participants in the march carried blue flags with the image of the dove of peace and German flags, in addition to posters and banners calling for peace and for stopping the supply of weapons.

Some of the banners read “Peace now, without weapons, no more war on German soil, peace for all peoples, let the Americans get out”, and they also raised banners in support of Palestine. The participants walked through the streets of Berlin and gathered at the Victory Column amid a heavy presence of German police.
