Thousands of Palestinians perform Dawn prayer at Al-Aqsa and Al-Ibrahimi in support of prisoners

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Thousands of Palestinians performed the dawn prayer today at Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem and Al-Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron in the West Bank, in solidarity with the prisoners on hunger strike in the Israeli occupation jails.

Ma’an News Agency reported that thousands of Palestinians flocked to the two mosques at dawn, chanting slogans in support of the prisoners and denouncing the occupation’s oppressive practices against them. Palestinian worshipers were able to reach the mosque despite the strict occupation measures and attempts to restrict their access.

The Palestinian national forces had called on the Palestinians to participate in the dawn prayer today in the Al-Aqsa and Al-Ibrahimi mosques in support of the prisoners in the battle of the empty intestines they are waging to gain their freedom.

Seven Palestinian prisoners are continuing their hunger strike. They are Kayed Phosphos, who has been on strike for 114 days, Miqdad Al Qawasma for 107 days, Alaa Al Araj for 90 days, Hisham Abu Hawash for 80 days, Ayyad Al Harimi for 44 days, Ratib Haribat for 28 days, and Luay Al Ashkar for 26 days.
