Thousands Join Syrian Army

President Ahmad Al-Sharaa says: Thousands of volunteers are joining the new Syrian army. We did not impose compulsory conscription, but rather chose voluntary one.
He added: a large number of young men fled Syria to escape forced conscription that had been imposed by the previous regime.
