The Israeli occupation forces demolish areas of the martyrs’ cemetery in occupied Jerusalem

On September 5th, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Old City of occupied Jerusalem and bulldozed areas of the Martyrs’ Cemetery.

Wafa news agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the cemetery with a number of bulldozers and razed areas of it.

In December 2020, the Israeli occupation forces demolished the wall of the Martyrs’ Cemetery, the northern part of the Yusufiya cemetery in the Old City of Jerusalem, and swept areas of Palestinian lands near its entrance, as part of the implementation of its plans to obliterate the features of occupied Jerusalem, change its identity and Judaize it.
