The Israeli occupation closes the Ibrahimi Mosque in front of Palestinian worshipers

On September 12th, the Israeli occupation authorities closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in the West Bank city of Hebron in front of Palestinian worshipers.

Ma’an News Agency reported that the occupation authorities, in a new attack on Islamic sanctities, closed the Ibrahimi Mosque in front of worshipers since dawn today, while providing protection for settlers to storm it.

The Israeli occupation forces also intensified their checkpoints in the area extending from the Ibrahimi Mosque to the Old City market in Hebron, and prevented Palestinians from passing through.
