The US-backed SDF militias kidnap a Ba’ahtst leader in Hasakah

On January 31st’ evening, the US-backed SDF militias kidnapped Rashid Al-Kaoud, a member of the leadership of the Hasaka branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, near Al-Kindi Hospital in Qamishli.

The militia kidnapped Al-Kaoud while he was visiting a doctor’s clinic near Al-Kindi Hospital in Qamishli and took him to an unknown destination.

The militias are imposing a suffocating siege on the center of Hasakah and two neighborhoods in Qamishli, preventing the entry of vehicles, transportation, food supplies, water tanks and other daily basic needs for the people of the city.
