The Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, issued a decision to open a college and a higher institute affiliated with the Turkish University of Health Sciences in Istanbul, in the town of Al-Rai in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
Local sources said that the Turkish occupation forces had established a branch of the Turkish Post Company (PTT) in the Turkey-occupied town of Tal Abyad, 100kms northern Raqqa.
