The Turkish occupation forces and its mercenaries once again deprive about a million civilians of drinking water in Hasaka

In the context of its continuous inhuman violations against civilians, the Turkish occupation forces and its terrorist mercenaries once again cut off the drinking water from the city of Hasaka and its western countryside.

The Turkish occupation forces and its terrorist mercenaries stopped operating the Alouk Water Station in the occupied countryside of Ras Al-Ain.

The Director of the Water Corporation, Eng. Mahmoud Al-Okla, said that the Turkish occupation forces prevented the station’s workers from operating it and stopped pumping water, which deprives about a million citizens of Hasaka city and the western countryside of the only water source.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish occupation forces have stopped pumping water from the Alouk station more than 18 times since their illegal presence in the northern countryside of Hasakah at the end of October 2019.
