The Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein during the consultative meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Amman said that the time has come for the Arab League to assume its positive role with regard to the Syrian file and its evaluation.
Hussein added that Iraq has repeatedly called for Syria’s return to its seat in the Arab League.
The Iraqi Foreign Minister said: We tried to find a consensual formula between Syria and the Arab countries to open channels of dialogue and reconciliation in relations.
