The Syrian Olympic Football Team defeated its Bahraini counterpart in the West Asian Championship

 On October 4th, The Syrian Olympic football team defeated its Bahraini counterpart 4-1 in the opening of its participation in the West Asian Federation Championship held in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, as part of Group C competitions.

Syria’s goals were scored by Youssef Muhammad in the seventh minute through a penalty kick, Ahmed Al-Khasi in the 30th minute, Muhammad Al-Hallaq in the 79th minute and Ayman Akil in the 94th stoppage time.

The goal of reducing the difference for Bahrain came through Sayed Hayaki in the 67th minute.

Our team will meet with the Saudi national team on October 6th.

The first group includes the teams of Jordan, Yemen, Kuwait and Oman, and the second group includes Palestine, the Emirates, Lebanon and Iraq.
