The Syrian Excellence and Creativity Authority signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Moscow State Pedagogical University
On March 10th, the Director of Syrian Excellence and Creativity Authority Hala Al-Daqaq signed a memorandum of understanding with the Rector of Moscow State Pedagogical University Alexey Lubkov at the University’s HQ in Moscow.
The memorandum aims at strengthening cooperation in the fields of education and exchanging research between the two sides.
The two sides will exchange publications, academic information experts and educational staff.
The two sides will also exchange students for study and research, promote education via the Internet, and jointly organize scientific lectures, seminars, conferences and Olympics.
The Russian historian and social activist Vladimir Garier founded Moscow State Pedagogical University in 1872.
The Moscow State Pedagogical University includes 18 colleges, 103 departments and an active faculty of 225 professors and more than 900 assistant professors.
